Ico really did it for me, so when those guys talk, I will listen. The sense of scale alone in their new PS2 title, Shadow of Colossus, looks to be a feat of engineered presence.
Any opportunity to feel very small next to the game's towering deities should be gladly received, even if brief; considering the Interactive Arts as a whole, a 'sense of smallness' is an arguably rarer experience than vertigo.
