now briefly in paris on my way back to barcelona. It was hard to leave bruxelles, I guess because I stayed there for more than 2 weeks, then quickly found myself feeling at home and washing all my clothes by hand the last day before departing. How many tricks can my psyche make to stay fixed to a place? This reminds me to 'La Strada' by Fellini, when Gelsomina (Giulietta Masina) plants tomatoes in one of their stops along the road.\

Hope that you all enjoyed your mayday, I was on the bus from Bruxelles-Paris and police enjoyed checking out our luggage and stoping us for more than an hour. It was so absurd, they checked some african passenger and found some herbs in his hand luggage - it's for cooking he said, oh cooking? are you sure? what is this?, they were almost going to analise this kind of carrot grass, obviously food and not drugs. Well police doesn't celebrate 1st of may with the same spirit, tsk, tsk.\

i like wiki because is open for people to take over. its also a little bit exhibitionist mmm. I'm hiding at my budhist friend who left me his house while he went to amsterdam .I'm sleeping a lot and reading Philip K.Dick to get over the burnt out (strangely enough this books are pure ubik). there are some reasons why I like the internet very much, for instance tonight we listen to a stream from mexico. http://gollum.artefacte.org/mapuse/map.html Listening to the news of campesinos zapatistas in chiapas. The stream is tonight very similar to listening to the radio in some remote place. I finally listen to the news - I feel this is real.\

we are in Bilbao and is the end of a period, end of projects, change of scenarios and collaborators. I will be touring again working with http://okno.be , http://u-tangente.org , http://apo33.org , http://tob.de.vu and http://www.v2.nl/ I will be in Brussels , Paris and Rotterdam since march 15th until the end of April. May and June will be in Barcelona making DIY electronics and working with tvdebarrio to make community tv in Barceloneta. Of course for many people it is a double sided gift that is condemning us to be fixed to computer terminals and is transforming our relations with such a speed. I don't believe in cyborg utopia (dystopia) and when Donna Haraway was refering to the cyborg she was perhaps refering more to the hybrid lifes of maquila workers and other precarious women and not to a super powered cyborg coupled with robotic parts and expensive technologies.\

At the moment I think I want to work with people in the cities, neighborhoods and groups and occupy wavespace making independent radio and television. I am still very addicted to the web though and what I see around are friends completely inside it. I don't like the internet anymore, I don't like this strange sense of my body that forgets time in the long night of the internet.\
