2. Often deploy Ubiquitous devices such as PDA's, Mobile Phones, radios.

3. AR Games sometimes use a custom built 'Head Up Display' (H.U.D)

4. Roleplaying features heavily in AR Games although not everyone 'in the game' is a player.

5. Engages a public less likely to play games.

6. Innately Social.

7. AR Games are 'reality hacks' much in the same way as situationist projects were.
