at the moment this is the hottest demoscene web database, at the moment of this writing, containing information on around 49393 productions, 9277 groups and 1017 parties and constantly updating
http://www.scene.org
this is the main and largest demoscene filearchive, providing bandwidth and storage not only for almost all imaginable production made until now, but also to some of the most important demoscene websites at all (including pouet.net). this is the site many other sites will refer to when it comes to download, with all its worldwide mirrors, it is sure to serve and preserve
