Cecilia Moisio: HI! MY NAME IS… (The Netherlands)

Here is a performance about lies, group behaviour and social norms. Two dancers and three musicians confront their desire to connect and expose themselves via text, spoken word, rap and movement.

Cecilia Moisio comes from Finland but has studied and worked in The Netherlands since 1997. She performed with Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel and Ann Van den Broek for a number of years and was nominated twice for the VSCD Dance Prize for ‘most impressive performer’, before embarking on her choreographic career.
