Primož Bezjak, Daša Doberšek, Branko Jordan and Katarina Stegnar, united in the collective Beton Ltd., are tackling the interpretation of Samuel Beckett’s work in an original and innovative way.
»Repeating and creating Beckett here and now, in the time and space of stifling capitalism, is more than welcome, especially by way of collective creative input as is presented by Beton Ltd. From the edge of its own production this performance is telling us that the emancipatory art has said what it has to say and wants to go on speaking.« (Nenad Jelesijević, Radio Študent, 9. 10. 2012) (more…)
Peter Handke: STORM STILL
Photo: Peter Uhan
Just like in a dream consisting of multiple episodes, Handke reconstructs the history of his Slovenian family in Podjuna. SPARKS: Jan Rozman: Bird Dementia
Dementia is a state of oblivion. A state of madness. A state of lunacy. Dementia isn’t something you get to choose. She chooses you. Everything that had solid form before has now changed. It has become forgotten without knowing what it was and without anticipating what it will become. And it is changing in this very moment. Forgetting. (more…)

Four years after Lars von Trier’s controversial film Antichrist, a theatre staging inspired by the film will be presented by hybridTheatre.
