Landezine LIVE

The 1^st International Symposium on Landscape Architecture Landezine LIVE is being organized by web portal Landezine, founded in 2009, which has established itself as one of the world’s most recognized online media in the field of landscape architecture. The central theme of the symposium will be an interdisciplinary approach to the design of open space. It will feature lectures by – and panel discussion with – a number of well-established foreign (Antje Stokman, Jenny B. Osuldsen, Martí Franch Batllori) and domestic experts (Ana Kučan, Matej Blenkuš) in the fields of landscape architecture and architecture. This year, the first LILA – Landezine International Landscape Award will be awarded by Landezine.com editorial board, currently the only international award in the world that does not reward individual projects, but rather collectives and individuals in the field of landscape architecture for their approach to the design of open space. This year’s award, selected by an international jury, will be conferred to the Catalan architectural studio EMF – Estudi Marti Franch. (more…)
