Improvocations: MANIFEST OF IMPROVISATION

Following their first season (2016), which took place in the form of studio meetings, Improvocations are returning this year in a different format: conference. Gorazd Pakozdi, Andreja Kopač and Žigan Krajnčan began with Improvocations in order to study improvisation together with the community of performers and audience, in a manner that people in this community understand and use improvisation.

The second performing conference will focus on the definition of improvisation in dance, in performing arts, and in art and life in general. The conference will not only take place at the level of language, speech, statements and lectures, but also in other performative forms. It will generate its conclusions, which will be published on the website, and later (hopefully) also in the form of a newspaper.

Timetable:
part 1: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
break:  7 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.
part 2: 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m.m

Registration fee/tickets: 10 EUR, 7 EUR (students, seniors, self-employed, unemployed))
