“5 of 50” Passing Through Ljubljana

50 professional dancers from 29 countries gathered in Costa Rica during the first three months of this year. They took part in a unique project entitled “50 days of Flying Low and Passing Through” which lasted for 10 weeks and took place under the guidance of a renowned pedagogue and choreographer David Zambrano, who himself also developed the dancing techniques.

The group of dancers involved in the Costa Rican project decided to take things further and thus created a dance project entitled “5 of 50” as a further elaboration of a Passing Through improvisation technique, which already saw the light of day in different cities across the globe.

The project “5 of 50” was already presented in Havana, Amsterdam and Barcelona. It is Ljubljana’s turn this time.
