Garden by the way: FINDINGS OF THE JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE ANALYSIS

Boštjan Kavčič has been active in the field of urban gardening ever since 2001. He participated at The Mladi Levi Festival last year with a garden installation entitled Garden Park at one of the parking lots Prostorož09_street.

This year he presented his findings related to a toxins and nutritional value analysis of the food grown in the city on the basis of a comparison performed between Jerusalem artichoke planted in Ljubljana and the same species planted in Kamnik.
