Žiga Murko Group: CONCERT

Žiga Murko Group is a jazz band of the trombonist and composer Žiga Murko who in 2011 graduated at the Conservatory in Rotterdam. Stylistically, their music evades categorisation as it is inspired by new techniques and harmony of the urban scene as well as by traditional forms and improvisational music concepts. The quartet consists of progressive, elaborate, conceptually colourful sound explorers who will lead the listener to a new world of original compositions, turbulent improvisation and an idea of clarity, which will linger on long after the concert. The music will be accompanied by visuals.
