1) General Rules:
- all contacts with Slovenia stations on October 24th,
1992 and after are valid
- valid prefixes are: S50 - S59
- contacts need not to be confirmed
- the same station can be contacted on more bands
- cross-mode, cross-band and contacts via land based
repetitors are not valid
- satellite contacts are valid only for the Satellite
award
- the Award Manager will check the claimed data with
randomly selected S5 stations from the application
- incorrect data means disqualification of the applicant

2) European Stations:
HF - 30 contacts with at least 6 different prefixes included
VHF/UHF - countries bordering Slovenia (I, OE, HA, 9A): 25 contacts with
at least 4 prefixes; others 5 contacts with 2 prefixes included
3) Stations outside Europe:
15 contacts with at least 4 prefixes included
4) Award Categories - Endorsements:
a) Mixed Mode (CW, SSB, RTTY, FM,...) - Basic Award
b) Single Mode
c) Single Band (also WARC bands)
d) Satellite: 10 contacts on at least 2 satellites included
e) SWL : same rules as transmitting stations
For every set of new stations a special endorsement sticker is available
